Hi Lance!
ReplyDeleteIt's great to see that you've completed all three activities for Day #3. Way to go!
The three safety rules that you have chosen are all very important. The first one, wearing a seat belt at all times, is particularly important. You do have to be strict about it and make sure that it is tightly fastened on take off and landing. You also have to refrain ('stop from') smoking and switch your phone to airplane mode if you want to use WIFI.
Thanks for reminding us of these important rules, Lance! I hope that you enjoyed watching the Air New Zealand safety videos. Which one was your favourite, the 'Air New Zealand in Hollywood' video or the 'Men in Black' video? I think that I preferred the Men in Black video...
Nice work, Lance! Keep it up:)
Cheers,
Rachel
Hello again Lance,
ReplyDeleteI really like your idea of Cloud Airline, I think that's a very creative logo and name for an airline. What inspired you to call it Cloud Airline? I think your design of how it shapes from a cloud into a plane is so clever, as well as being eye catching. Awesome effort Lance! If it is an international airline, do you think you'll be able to take Cloud Airline to Canada for your learning journey?
Converting all of the different currencies from all over the world can often be pretty tricky and confusing. I usually just go to the bank and they sort it all out for me easy peasy! Well done on figuring out all of the different currency rates on that list, they are exactly right.
Why do you think some countries are more expensive to travel to than others? Mexico is almost 8 times more expensive than Australia which sounds very expensive! Is it 8 times the distance or could there be other reasons?
Great work Lance!
Dan.
